Scalable, Flexible Architecture
Our ASIC prototyping solutions are marketed under the following family of desktop/rack-mountable appliances: xLITE™, xPRESS™ and xSERV™. All products offered here are built on Altera Stratix IV FPGA and provide ASIC gates ranging from 15 to 240 million usable gates.
Depending on the type of customer application & capacity needs, one can pick the product family of interest. Please see table below:

Every Appliance comes with a dedicated asynchronous SRAM. Except for xLITE family, all Appliances come with builtin support for DDR3 memory.
Clocking & Trigger Scheme
Each Appliance provides a number of global input and output clocks, depending on the configuration. The clocks are well buffered to offer low-skew.
All products come bundled with Integrated Debug Environment (IDE) software which includes Altera Quartus II DKE (Development Kit Edition, no IP-based suite) software. xPRESS and xSERV product family have an optional IRIS partitioning tool. xSERV family offers multi-user support.
