Rahm Shastry, President & CEO

Rahm has over 25+ years of engineering, marketing, sales and executive-level leadership in several Silicon Valley semiconductor, computer and related software companies. Prior to founding Polaris, Rahm worked at Magma Design Automation, IRIS Technologies (whose assets was acquired by Polaris in December 2011), ZeroSoft/Synopsys, Nascentric, Tharas Systems, Cadence and Viewlogic among others. Rahm received an MSEE from SUNY, Stony Brook and a B.Tech in Electronics & Communications from National Institute of Technology, Surathkal (India).

Gautam Kavipurapu, VP Hardware Engg.

Gautam has 18+ years of engineering management, operations, strategy and business development experience. He has successfully set up and managed teams in India and the United States for product development and services from the ground up – for hardware, software, firmware, systems development and new product introduction. Gautam has an MBA from INSEAD (France) and a BSEE from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Shlomo Keisari, Consulting Executive (Israel)

Shlomo, based in Haifa is a seasoned executive with deep experience in strategic consulting for EDA & Semiconductors businesses, Boards and Systems, FPGA-based ASIC prototyping and debugging tools, Emulation and Acceleration technologies. He received B.A in Economics & Management from Tel Aviv University and a B.Sc in Electronic Engineering from Technion-Machon Technologi le’ Israel.

Ramachandra Tantry, Consulting Executive (Japan)

Tantry-san based in Tokyo has over 30 years of experience working in the Japan market in business development, software development and engineering management role. Earlier he worked for MindTree, MOSAID and Ya-man Ltd. Tantry-san speaks fluent Japanese. He received his M.S Electronics from Kagoshima University (Japan) and a B.Tech in Electronics & Communications from National Institute of Technology, Surathkal (India).

Basu Ullagaddi, Consulting Executive (India)

Basu has over 20 years of Engineering, Sales, Marketing Management and New Technology Application experience at leading US companies such as Black & Decker Corp, Henrob Corp, Daimler Corp, Audi Motors, BMW, Ford Motor Company, General Motors, Freightliner Corp. Basu received a Masters in Robotics/Automation/AI from McMaster University (Canada), M.Tech in Automation from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (India) and a B.Tech from National Institute of Technology, Surathkal (India).
